Park System to host Creative Arts & Music Festival

The Monmouth County Park System is hosting its annual Creative Arts & Music Festival from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday, May 4 at Thompson Park, 805 Newman Springs Road, Lincroft. 


This juried arts festival features specially selected artists’ works of pottery, photography, jewelry, paintings and other mediums.  Local artists include Don Bradford, Kate Eggleston, and Demetrius Patterson.  Besides the artwork, visitors will enjoy live music and free art demonstrations and activities.  Musical highlights include Andy B.AND SoulFolk, award-winning local singer/songwriter Joseph Alton Miller, the bluegrass band Dark City Strings, and The Band of the Two Rivers. Visitors will also enjoy art demonstrations. Admission and parking for the festival are free.
