Located at 166 Hillsdale Road in Colts Neck, the 23-acre Fir Farm has been selling Christmas trees for nearly 40 years and donates about 200 trees per year. Owned by brothers Bob and Mickey Clark, the farm provides locals with the option of purchasing a pre-cut pine or cutting down the tree of choice around the holidays. The Fir Farm is dedicated to growing its crops organically and using sustainable farming practices, in 2015 it began growing New Jersey hops, and in 2016 started Beekeeping – the FirFarmHoney is delicious!
To join in on the fun, bring along some bottled water, a chair, blanket, or anything that pairs well with a Hops Harvest Fest.
